Terms and conditions for using Belerspira car rental services

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Belerspira Car Rentals services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Rental Requirements

2.1 Driver Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver's license for at least 12 months
  • International visitors must have a valid International Driving Permit
  • Must provide valid credit card for security deposit

2.2 Documentation

  • Valid government-issued photo identification
  • Current driver's license
  • Credit card in the renter's name
  • Proof of insurance (if applicable)

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Period

The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when you return it to the designated location. Late returns may result in additional charges.

3.2 Mileage

Unless otherwise specified, rentals include unlimited mileage within Australia. Additional charges may apply for excessive wear or damage.

3.3 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges at premium rates.

4. Prohibited Uses

The rental vehicle may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities or purposes
  • Racing, competitive driving, or driver training
  • Towing or pushing other vehicles
  • Off-road driving or beach driving
  • Transporting hazardous materials
  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Pet transportation without prior approval

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance Coverage

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.

5.2 Renter Responsibility

The renter is responsible for:

  • All traffic violations and fines
  • Damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance
  • Theft or total loss of the vehicle
  • Towing and storage fees

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Rental Charges

Rental charges are based on the agreed rate and rental period. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Additional drivers
  • GPS navigation systems
  • Child safety seats
  • Additional insurance coverage
  • One-way rentals

6.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit is required and will be authorized on your credit card. The deposit will be released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

7. Vehicle Return

7.1 Return Conditions

The vehicle must be returned:

  • At the agreed location and time
  • In the same condition as received
  • With a full tank of fuel
  • With all keys and accessories

7.2 Late Return

Late returns may result in additional daily charges. Returns more than 24 hours late may be considered theft.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Modifications

Rental agreements may be modified subject to vehicle availability and additional charges. Modifications must be approved by Belerspira.

10. Roadside Assistance

24/7 roadside assistance is provided for mechanical breakdowns. Assistance for issues caused by renter negligence may incur additional charges.

11. Personal Property

Belerspira is not responsible for personal property left in rental vehicles. We recommend removing all personal items upon return.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Belerspira's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
